All our products are guaranteed to be free from any faults of workmanship and materials, and meet all technical characteristics during one year from the date of purchase in case of proper usage.

All repairs caused by any kind of manufacturing or material fault during warranty period are held by the manufacturer and are free of charge (buyer covers all shipping costs in case of sending us a product for repair).

Please be advised that any kind of damage or loss as a result of misuse and insufficient maintenance, as well as normal wear and tear are not

covered by our warranty.

Please note that colors and look of any of our products may differ from the pictures or illustrations in this User’s Manual, packaging, website etc.

Customized Products: Any product that is personally customized according to your needs (custom built, have added engravings or applications to a stock product) is NOT ELIGIBLE for cancellation, return or exchange.

Non-Customized & Unused Products: If you are not satisfied with any of our non-customized (stock) products or you just changed your mind, we are happy to make a refund (excluding shipping costs) during 30 (thirty) days from the date of purchase. Only products in original packaging and without signs of wear and tear are eligible for return and refund.

Products purchased from 3rd-party Vendors: Our 30-day return warranty does not apply to any of our products that were purchased through a 3rd­ party dealer. All returns and exchanges should be made through the dealer you originally purchased our product from.
